Downtown Denton, Texas, was the scene of a “white power” protest while I was in Houston for the weekend. This responding protest on Tuesday evening went smoothly and police presence was subtle but effective.
To an uneducated observer, there did seem to be a handful of interesting characters in the crowd, and I did spot one black t-shirted guy, the shirt with a swastika in red.
It’s hard to believe what can happen anywhere and any time. I call it f8.
